Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to the US. We would love to eventually expand our orders to the rest of the world but until further notice, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days while shipping times may vary from 3 to 7 business days.

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

 

Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request for a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, tags still in place, and in the same condition in which they were received in order to issue a full refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund and/or issue a partial refund that does not meet criteria listed before. Once we have received and processed your item(s), refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. We offer free returns on eligible items.

*Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Please utilize the self-serve returns option through your customer account or contact us for instructions on how to start a return.

We are not accepting exchanges at this time. If you have received your item(s) and are needing a different size, please request for a return and place an additional order for your correct size.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address. Please contact the shipping carrier for additional assistance.

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address before completing payment. If you believe you have entered incorrect information during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can get this resolved for you. Once an order has been processed and shipped, your order can no longer be edited. Returned packages due to failed delivery attempts to incorrect shipping addresses are subject to additional shipping fees to ship the package back to you.

 

Damaged/Faulty Items

We are not responsible for damages that occur to orders in transit to their destinations. If you believe you’ve received defective or faulty items,  please email us within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order number and photos of the defective area(s) in your email.
